Outbound Calling at Scale

Instead of manually calling customers one by one, let Clara do it. She can:

How It Works

  1. You upload a list - CSV file with phone numbers (or we can pull from your contacts)
  2. Write a script - What Clara should say
  3. Set the timing - When to start calling (respecting business hours)
  4. Clara calls - She reaches out to each customer, one by one
  5. Log results - Appointments booked, messages left, objections handled
  6. Review analytics - See what worked and what didn’t

Create Campaign

Click “Create New Campaign”

Upload Contacts

  • Option A: Upload a CSV file (phone, name, context)
  • Option B: Select contacts from your existing database
The system will validate phone numbers.

Write Your Script

Tell Clara what to say. Keep it natural:
“Hi [Name], this is Clara calling on behalf of [Business]. I’m reaching out because we have a new service you might be interested in. Do you have a quick minute?”
Pro tip: Write like you’re having a real conversation, not reading a script.

Set Timing

  • When to start: Today, tomorrow, or schedule for later
  • Call window: 9am-5pm, 10am-8pm, etc.
  • Timezone: Your timezone or customer’s timezone
  • Rate: Spread calls (don’t overwhelm people)
Example: Start Monday, call between 9am-5pm, one call per minute.

Review & Launch

Preview your script, check your contact list, and click “Launch Campaign”Clara starts calling immediately (or at the scheduled time).

Viewing Results

After launching, watch your campaign dashboard update in real-time:
  • Calls Made - How many numbers Clara has reached
  • Answered - Live conversations
  • Voicemail - Left messages
  • Appointments Booked - From successful calls
  • Conversion Rate - % of calls that converted
Click any call to see:
  • Full transcript - What was said
  • Recording - Listen to the call
  • Outcome - What happened (booked, voicemail, declined, etc.)

Managing Active Campaigns

While a campaign is running, you can:
  • Pause - Stop calling (resume later)
  • Stop - End the campaign
  • Adjust rate - Speed up or slow down calling
  • Add contacts - Upload more numbers mid-campaign
Go to https://agentclara.app/launch/outbound > Your Campaign > Settings.
Outbound calling has legal requirements. We handle most of it, but you need:
  • ✅ Right to call these people (they’re existing customers or opted in)
  • ✅ Calling time compliance (respects Do Not Call, business hours)
  • ✅ Recording consent (Clara mentions “This call may be recorded”)
