Key Concepts
Sub-Account: A separate workspace for one of your clients. It has its own conversations, agents, and billing. Role: Determines what someone can do:- Owner - Full control, can invite users and change billing
- Admin - Can use all features but can’t change billing or invite users
- User - Can read conversations but can’t change agent config
Multi-Client Inbox
All your clients’ conversations show up in one inbox. You can:- Filter by client
- Tag conversations
- Escalate urgent issues
- Route to specific team members
