Run an Agency on AgentClara

If you’re managing customer service for multiple clients (or planning to), AgentClara lets you:
  • Manage all clients from one dashboard
  • White-label Clara for your clients (they think it’s your product)
  • Track usage and billing separately for each client
  • Scale without adding staff

How It Works

You create Sub-Accounts (one for each client). Each sub-account has:
  • Its own inbox
  • Its own agent configuration
  • Its own billing
  • Its own users and permissions
Think of it like managing separate businesses from one place.

Your Role: Agency Owner

As the agency owner, you can:
  • ✅ Create new sub-accounts (new clients)
  • ✅ Invite users to specific clients
  • ✅ Set permission levels (who can do what)
  • ✅ See all conversations, contacts, and analytics across clients
  • ✅ Manage billing for each client
  • ✅ White-label the platform with your branding

Key Concepts

Sub-Account: A separate workspace for one of your clients. It has its own conversations, agents, and billing. Role: Determines what someone can do:
  • Owner - Full control, can invite users and change billing
  • Admin - Can use all features but can’t change billing or invite users
  • User - Can read conversations but can’t change agent config
Sub-Account Selector: In the top left of https://agentclara.app, you’ll see a dropdown. Use it to switch between your clients.

Multi-Client Inbox

All your clients’ conversations show up in one inbox. You can:
  • Filter by client
  • Tag conversations
  • Escalate urgent issues
  • Route to specific team members
This means you can manage 10 clients (or 100) without 10 separate logins.
