White-Label AgentClara

White-labeling means your clients think they’re using your product, not ours. They see your logo, your colors, your branding everywhere. This is great for:
  • Resellers - Sell AgentClara as your own service
  • Agencies - Keep your brand consistent
  • Enterprise Clients - Internal tools with your company colors

What You Can Customize

Logo

Your company logo in the top left

Colors

Primary color, accent colors, dark mode

Company Name

Appears in headers, emails, and links

Support Email

Who to email for help (your address, not ours)

Domain

Run it on your own domain (agentclara.app → yourcompany.com)

Help Links

Link to your docs, not ours

How to Set It Up

Go to Master Account Settings

Go to https://agentclara.app/master/accounts and look for White-Label Settings.(This only shows if you’re an agency owner.)

Upload Your Logo

Click Upload Logo and pick your company logo (PNG or SVG).This appears in the top left and in emails.

Pick Your Colors

  • Primary Color - Your main brand color (appears in buttons, links, highlights)
  • Accent Color - Secondary color (hover states, highlights)
  • Dark Mode - Dark version of your colors for night mode
If you don’t know your brand colors, ask your designer or marketer.

Update Company Name

Change “AgentClara” to your company name. This appears:
  • In the header
  • In emails
  • In settings pages
  • In support links

Set Support Email

When customers or clients need help, they should email you, not us.Enter your support email:
  • support@yourcompany.com
  • help@yourcompany.com
  • Etc.
This email appears in error messages, help links, and support buttons.

(Optional) Custom Domain

This is for advanced agencies. You can run AgentClara on your own domain:Instead of agentclara.app, your clients access yourcompany.comHow:
  1. Contact support@agentclara.ai
  2. We’ll set up a custom domain for you
  3. Your clients see only your branding
(This requires a paid plan.)

Save and Test

Click Save. Your branding now appears across the platform.Open an incognito window and test it to see what your clients see.

What Your Clients See

When a client logs in, they’ll see:
  • ✅ Your logo in the top left
  • ✅ Your company colors everywhere
  • ✅ Your support email in help sections
  • ✅ Your company name in the header
  • ✅ Links to your documentation (not ours)
They won’t see anything about “AgentClara.”

Per-Client Branding (Advanced)

If you want different branding for each client, you can set it:
  1. Switch to a specific sub-account
  2. Go to Settings > Branding
  3. Set their specific logo, colors, and name
  4. Save
That client sees their own branding, not the agency branding.

Email Templates

When Clara sends appointment reminders or follow-ups, they come with your branding:
  • Your company name in the greeting
  • Your support email in the footer
  • Your colors (optional)
You can customize email templates in Settings > Templates.

Troubleshooting

Use a high-resolution logo (at least 200x200 pixels). SVG files work best.
You can set different colors for light and dark mode. In White-Label Settings, toggle “Dark Mode” and set the colors separately.
Email support@agentclara.ai and mention “custom domain.” We’ll walk you through it.
Yes! Switch to a sub-account and go to Settings > Branding. You can set branding per client.
